Brenda Riley

Brenda Riley serves as Director of Member Services, where she leads the development and growth of ITAVCOA’s membership program. She is instrumental in building an inclusive, intergenerational network—bringing together members from teens to seniors to strengthen community connection and engagement.

In her role, Brenda oversees all aspects of membership, including recruitment, retention, communication, and overall member satisfaction. She is responsible for developing and implementing strategic initiatives that grow membership while enhancing the overall member experience.

With a strong focus on alignment with the organization’s mission, Brenda ensures that the membership program supports ITAVCOA’s goals and community impact. Her work combines strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and data-driven decision-making to continuously improve and expand the value of membership.
