She is a passionate advocate for change, diversity, equity, and inclusion, known for her leadership skills, strong decision-making abilities, and excellent communication and organizational talents. Thomasina's career journey began in law firms, where she worked in Litigation, Wills and Estates, and Probate, supporting multiple lawyers. In 2018, she transitioned to government service, providing invaluable support to ADMs, Ministers, and Senior Executive Directors while continuing her commitment to fostering positive change. Beyond her professional life, Thomasina is a devoted mother who enjoys leisurely car rides, walks in the park, movies, and a touch of friendly competition, all in the pursuit of fun and fulfillment.
