For It Takes A Village Community Outreach and Advocacy (ITAVCOA), SoulCare Sessions reflect the organization's commitment to promoting mental wellness, healing, and community connection. Through interactive workshops, guided conversations, journaling, grounding exercises, wellness education, and peer support, participants are encouraged to embrace self-care as an essential part of living healthy, balanced, and fulfilling lives.
